- Representation of a Fortune 100 consumer products company in defending a $55 million claim for fraud and breach of contract related to sale of one of its large divisions.
- Defense at trial of a Global 500 manufacturer against a $50 million claim for breach of an agreement to develop and sell military products.
- Secured defense jury verdict for a bearings manufacturer in a $15 million grain dust explosion case involving catastrophic burn injuries, prevailing on manufacturing defect and warnings claims at trial and obtaining summary judgment on design claims.
- Successfully assisted a client in recovering over $6 Million in an antitrust class action.
- Obtained favorable Markman ruling in patent infringement suit on behalf of an equipment manufacturer that led to dismissal of claims.
- Prevailed on behalf of a non-profit client in a jury trial in which the plaintiff alleged various tort claims, and then successfully defended the verdict on appeal.
- Represented a manufacturing company in a copyright and trademark infringement suit

- Successfully resolved a matter before trial for a nine-billion-dollar manufacturer after being retained a mere six weeks before trial to replace the manufacturer’s counsel in a case involving a multimillion-dollar exposure arising out of an alleged defective product that caused permanent injuries to the plaintiff.
