Jamie L. Rasor

As a member of Frantz Ward’s Litigation Practice Group, Jamie relentlessly pursues unique solutions to complex issues through advanced research and analysis. She utilizes her experience in third- and first-party liability actions, including personal injury, property damage, coverage, defamation, and breach of contract matters to assist clients through all aspects of litigation, arbitrations, mediations, and settlement conferences.

Prior to joining Frantz Ward, Jamie was an associate at a civil litigation firm in Cleveland, where she regularly drafted pleadings, motions, and discovery responses and requests, as well as conducted and defended depositions of parties and witnesses. Jamie also served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Judge Michelle Sheehan at the Eighth District Court of Appeals and as a Law Clerk at an Ohio-based personal injury firm, where she gained a well-rounded understanding of both plaintiffs’ and defendants’ perspectives.
