Frantz Ward is pleased to announce Jamie L. Rasor has joined the firm’s Litigation Practice Group as an Associate.
Jamie assists clients throughout all aspects of litigation, arbitration, mediation, and settlement conferences. She brings extensive litigation experience to the firm, representing clients in first- and third- party matters involving insurance coverage, premises liability, defamation actions, and more.
Prior to joining the firm, Jamie gained experience drafting pleadings and motions as well as conducting and defending depositions as an Associate at a civil litigation firm in Cleveland. Additionally, she served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Judge Michelle Sheehan at the Eighth District Court of Appeals and as a Law Clerk at an Ohio-based personal injury firm. Through these roles, Jamie became familiar with the perspectives of both plaintiffs and defendants.
She earned her J.D. from Cleveland State University College of Law in 2022 where Jamie was Vice-Chairperson of the Moot Court Team, a Dean’s Leadership Fellow in Leadership and Law, and a Member of the Women Law Students Association. She received her B.A., cum laude, from Youngstown State University in 2019, graduating as a Member of the Phi Sigma Alpha Political Science Honor Society.
