Noelle provides comprehensive paralegal support to the Litigation and Labor & Employment Practice Groups at Frantz Ward.

With 15 years of litigation experience in a range of areas including commercial, product liability, and labor & employment matters, Noelle has been utilized in diverse client environments, including large publicly traded companies, local family-owned companies, and non-profit organizations in the health care, technology, higher education, food services, transportation, and cannabis industries.

Noelle has developed a fine-tuned ability to facilitate and assist on all phases of discovery and plays a vital role in the collection, organization, review, and production in high-volume, document-intensive cases. She is accustomed to and enjoys assisting attorneys with gathering information from clients and third parties, in addition to preparing materials for depositions, mediations, and jury trials, in both state and federal jurisdictions.

  • Assisted with discovery, case management and trial preparation for an Ohio Supreme Court remanded trial of the largest single plaintiff employment verdict in Ohio history.
  • Assisted with the collection and review of public records and subpoenaed records which resulted in the dismissal of all claims and a “walk-away” of the entire lawsuit filed against our client.
  • Provided extensive preparation of exhibits and support during five days of depositions, resulting in a successful settlement at nuisance value.
  • Assisted with background research, retrieval, and review of various public records successfully utilized during the deposition of a Plaintiff alleging wrongful terminations, resulting in a settlement of barely nuisance value.
