Don’t Miss Out: Frantz Ward Hosts Annual Labor & Employment Seminar

Frantz Ward is hosting its annual Labor & Employment Seminar and networking reception on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at Stillwater Place at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo.
This full-day seminar covers a variety of labor and employment topics essential to understanding the ever-changing employment landscape in Ohio. The seminar features six sessions:
- “Navigating Sex and Gender Discrimination, Pregnancy Accommodation, and Pay Equity Challenges For Employers in the Wake of the New Administration,” presented by Frantz Ward Partners Brian J. Kelly and Megan E. Bennett.
- “Anchored in Compliance: Navigating Marijuana and Employment Law,” presented by Frantz Ward Associates Stacey M. Sanderson and Josh A. Friedman and Of Counsel Mia L. Garcia.
- “Ahoy! Steering Clear of Policy Icebergs: What to Avoid When Drafting Handbooks and Other Policies,” presented by Frantz Ward Associate Katherine E. McLaughlin and Partner Ryan T. Smith.

These sessions have been pre-approved for 5.0 hours of General CLE credit for the State of Ohio or 5 hours of HR credit for recertification through HRCI.
