Megan Bennett and Jonathan Scandling to Present on FMLA Issues

Frantz Ward Associates Megan E. Bennett and Jonathan M. Scandling will speak on how employers can navigate difficult Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) issues in a Lunch & Learn event on November 2, 2023.
 
In the presentation “FMLA Nightmares & How to Avoid Them,” Megan and Jon will address:
  • The interplay between the FMLA and other laws
  • What to do when an employee exhausts his or her FMLA leave
  • Identifying and addressing employee abuse
  • Changing state leave dynamics 
The event, which is hosted alongside USI Insurance Services and Lincoln Financial Group, will take place from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. in the Alliance Solutions Conference Room at 6161 Oak Tree Blvd., Suite 300 in Cleveland.
