In the presentation “FMLA Nightmares & How to Avoid Them,” Megan and Jon will address:
- The interplay between the FMLA and other laws
- What to do when an employee exhausts his or her FMLA leave
- Identifying and addressing employee abuse
- Changing state leave dynamics
The event, which is hosted alongside USI Insurance Services and Lincoln Financial Group, will take place from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. in the Alliance Solutions Conference Room at 6161 Oak Tree Blvd., Suite 300 in Cleveland.
