Frantz Ward Welcomes Mary Beth McConville to the Firm
Frantz Ward is excited to announce the addition of Mary Beth McConville as Of Counsel.
Mary Beth is a member of the business practice group and concentrates on real estate tax law. She has over 20 years of legal experience and handles matters involving commercial, residential, industrial, vacant, and special purpose properties. She guides clients through real estate property taxation matters, crafts defenses against increase requests, provides advice on potential tax exemptions and reductions, negotiates settlements, and litigates cases when needed.
Prior to joining Frantz Ward, Mary Beth started her own practice focusing on estate planning and served as a Senior Attorney at the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland, handling projects involving estate planning, foreclosure, tax, and probate.
She earned her J.D. from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1995 and received her B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, graduating magna cum laude in 1992.
