Overview
Ben focuses his practice on Labor and Employment and supports employers in various employment matters, such as aiding in the defense of employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. He has experience defending employers against discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and other employment-related claims. Ben also regularly analyzes new legal issues confronting employers to provide guidance and avoid litigation.
While in law school, Ben served as the Chief Publications Editor for the Cleveland State Law Review and gained experience as a law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Ohio. There, he assisted on various matters, including complex civil forfeiture cases.

- Assisted in obtaining dismissal of various employment discrimination charges before the EEOC and Ohio Civil Rights Commission.
