Partner Daniel P. Hinkel Appointed to Firm’s Management Committee

Frantz Ward is pleased to share that Daniel P. Hinkel, a Partner in the firm’s Real Estate and Corporate Practice Groups, has been appointed to the Management Committee within the firm.

“I am honored for the opportunity to serve my colleagues and play a meaningful role in shaping the future of Frantz Ward,” said Dan. “The committee will continue to uphold and elevate the firm’s distinguished reputation as a trusted, innovative, and client-focused full-service law firm.”

Dan, who has been with the firm since 2019, concentrates his practice on real estate, real estate taxation, and transactional law. Outside of his legal practice, he is an active member of the Cleveland community, currently and previously holding various leadership positions within the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s Real Estate Section and contributing to organizations such as the Jobs Committee of Saint Martin de Porres High School and Team NEO’s RightSites Council.

Dan will replace Joel Hlavaty, who completed his term limit on the committee.

Composed of three current Frantz Ward Partners, the Management Committee is responsible for establishing the firm’s strategic direction and its day-to-day operations for the growing needs of the firm and its clients.
