Frantz Ward is delighted to welcome new partner
Gina Ciani to the firm.
Gina concentrates her practice in
Estate Planning and Probate Administration, bringing over 20 years of experience working with clients in all their estate planning needs to the firm. She guides clients through estate and gift tax planning, avoidance and minimization of probate and succession planning for business owners. Gina has extensive experience crafting wills and trusts utilizing creative techniques to ensure beneficial outcomes for clients.
Throughout her diverse career, Gina has assisted clients through estate tax audits, helped non-Ohio clients with ancillary probate administration for assets located in Ohio and acted as a court-appointed guardian for incompetent adults facing physical and mental illness or substance use issues. She has also handled the probate portion of wrongful death settlements and asbestos litigation as well as represented legal guardians and counseled them through their duties and obligations as a fiduciary.

Prior to joining Frantz Ward, Gina served as a partner for a full-service Ohio law firm where she handled trusts & estates matters.
Gina earned her JD from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law in 2003 after receiving her BA in Business Management from John Carroll University in 2000.
