Associate Katherine E. McLaughlin recently received The Cleveland Professional 20/30 Club’s 2026 Movers & Shakers Award, recognizing her as one of Northeast Ohio’s Top 25 professionals under 35. She was honored at the 2026 Movers & Shakers Awards Ceremony on Thursday, March 19.

The prestigious award honors young leaders and innovators who are positively influencing their field and the Greater Cleveland area through their careers, community involvement, and philanthropic efforts.

In and out of the courtroom, Katie consistently demonstrates her drive to better her community and workplace. She is a member of Cleveland Leadership Center’s OnBoard Cleveland Class of 2024 and serves on the Board of Directors for the Plexus LGBT & Allied Chamber of Commerce. At Frantz Ward, Katie is a member of both the Women’s Initiative and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee.

Katie provides legal counsel to management on a wide range of labor and employment law issues and assists in defending employers in both state and federal courts and before administrative agencies.

The Cleveland 20/30 Club is an organization dedicated to developing young professionals in Northeast Ohio by providing social, educational, philanthropic, and networking opportunities.
