Frantz Ward Welcomes Back Travis N. Teare to Labor & Employment Practice Group

Frantz Ward is pleased to announce Travis N. Teare has rejoined the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group as a Partner.

Travis counsels and defends businesses across the full spectrum of labor and employment matters, including leave management, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and non-competition. He represents clients before state and federal administrative agencies and courts and brings experience in bargaining and labor management. Travis also negotiates commercial agreements and develops and holds tailored workplace training programs on topics such as ADA and FMLA compliance, sexual harassment prevention, and workplace conduct standards.

Prior to rejoining the firm, Travis served as Corporate Counsel at an international manufacturer, where he oversaw a diverse litigation portfolio spanning employment law, commercial law, Proposition 65, and product liability. In that role, he provided guidance on commercial agreements, labor and employment matters, and merger and acquisition due diligence.

Travis earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2018. He received his B.A. in Marketing, cum laude, from Adrian College in 2014.
