Andrew M. Hanna and Ciaran T. Kelly Selected to Join 2025-2026 OCA Future Leaders Forum

Frantz Ward Associates Andrew M. Hanna and Ciaran T. Kelly have been selected to participate in the Ohio Contractors Association’s 2025/2026 Future Leaders Forum.

The Future Leaders Forum will consist of seven interactive seminars over a seven-month period, hosted by experienced professionals in the heavy and highway construction industries. The seminars are designed to grow future leaders and cover topics such as leadership development, regulatory and legislative insights, and strategic partnerships.

Participants will interact with regulatory leaders from the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Ohio Utilities Protection Services (OUPS), labor unions, legislative bodies, and industry consultants, gaining exclusive insight into the agencies, partnerships, and decision-making bodies that shape the industry.

Beyond learning sessions, members will have the opportunity to connect with current and future industry leaders, developing long-lasting relationships they can depend on.

Drew’s practice consists of representing construction owners, managers, contractors, design professionals, and surety companies, among other construction professionals. He assists clients in all aspects of the commercial construction process from inception through completion.

Ciaran focuses his practice on construction law and related litigation. He has experience across all stages of construction and real estate disputes, from handling complaints and depositions to guiding matters through settlements and trials. His skills include contract drafting, review, and negotiation, as well as project oversight and claims analysis and management.

The Ohio Contractors Association is a membership business and trade association that provides professional support, leadership, and connections for members of the heavy and highway, civil, and utility construction industry in the state.
