Overview
Ciaran’s practice is principally devoted to construction law, representing contractors, specialty contractors, subcontractors, owners, developers, sureties, and design professionals. He has substantial experience managing complex disputes across the construction and real estate industries and routinely prosecutes and defends claims in both litigation and arbitration.
Ciaran is skilled in contract drafting, review, and negotiation, as well as project management and claims analysis. His practice spans matters ranging from high-stakes, multi-party litigation to advising subcontractors as they expand their operations. Across all engagements, Ciaran provides clients with thoughtful, practical, and results-driven counsel.

- Actively involved in a multi-million-dollar complex litigation involving joint ventures associated with several heavy/highway projects in Ohio.
- Secured a favorable settlement of his client’s affirmative claims in an arbitration against a Fortune 100 company.
- Actively involved in a $15 million arbitration involving the construction of a new recycling facility.
- Successfully adjudicated payment-bond claims on behalf of subcontractors.
- Negotiated and secured favorable settlements in various litigation matters on behalf of contractors, sureties, and subcontractors.
