Overview

Ciaran is a member of the firm's Construction Practice Group and focuses his practice primarily on construction law and related litigation. He has experience in litigating construction and real estate cases. Ciaran has experience in all stages of litigation from handling complaints to depositions, settlements and trials. Ciaran also has experience in contract drafting, review and negotiation, project management, and claims analysis and management. From advising subcontractor clients as they grow and expand their respective businesses to working on complex litigation, Ciaran has diverse and valuable experience in construction law. Ciaran received his J.D. from Cleveland State University and his B.S./B.A. from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
