Overview

Drew is a member of the firm’s Construction Practice Group and focuses his practice on construction law and related litigation. He has experience representing clients in construction defects, real estate law, condominium association law, homeowners association law, and mold litigation. In addition he has assisted clients in non-profit corporate law, general business law, and bankruptcy.

Practices

    • Secured multiple summary judgments on behalf of community associations clients against home owners.
    • Successfully defended against Fair Housing Act violation claims.
    • Served as second chair in a Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas bench trial.
    • Negotiated and facilitated a settlement between a community association and a neighboring corporation.
    • Defended an Appeal of the Cuyahoga County Board of Revisions before the Ohio Board of Tax Appeals.
    • Drafted Community Association governing documents, including Declarations, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, and Amendments thereto.
