Cindy’s practice focuses on real estate professional liability representation and defense. She represents residential and commercial real estate brokerages, real estate trade associations, inspectors, appraisers, and title and escrow companies throughout Ohio in real estate and professional liability defense litigation.
Mark concentrates his practice on commercial, construction and real estate litigation and development and he represents real estate brokers and salespersons in contract review, regulatory compliance, and litigation. He is also an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association (Commercial and Construction Panels) and a mediator for Cuyahoga County business cases.
