Elena focuses her practice on assisting healthcare businesses navigate a variety of transactional and regulatory matters. These matters include HIPAA privacy and security, corporate structure and governance, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, fraud and abuse compliance and medical staff governance. Additionally, she has experience assisting clients with debt collection
s and payment issues. Elena received her J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
Ciaran is a member of the firm's Construction Practice Group and focuses his practice on construction law and related litigation. He has experience in litigating construction and real estate cases. Ciaran has experience in all stages of litigation from handing complaints to depositions, settlements and trials. Ciaran received his J.D. from Cleveland State University.
While in law school, Ben served as the Chief Publications Editor for the Cleveland State Law Review. He also notably gained experience as a law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Ohio. There, he assisted on a wide range of matters including complex civil forfeiture cases. Prior to attending law school, he acted as a special education teaching consultant for a public school system in Upstate New York. Ben received his J.D. with honors from Cleveland State University College of Law.
