Ray is a versatile and seasoned financial management professional that uses his 20 years of expertise in accounting, finance, and FP&A in multi-unit companies to build the narrative on how a company is performing. Defining and analyzing key metrics are integral in developing and reaching long-term growth strategies and profitability goals.
The firm Controller directs, administers, and coordinates all financial activities of the firm in support of policies, goals, and objectives established with the firm's Management Committee. The Controller also provides leadership in planning and implementing strategic initiatives and oversight of the Finance team.
