Public Voting Now Open for Frantz Ward 20 For 20 Program Finalists

Frantz Ward LLP, a full-service law firm celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, today announced that voting is now open for its 20 For 20 Program (#FW20For20) on the firm’s Facebook page. The 20 For 20 Program is designed for Northeast Ohio nonprofit organizations that have been in existence for less than five years. The winner will receive $20,000 and each of the 20 finalists will receive $1,000 to support these entrepreneurial change makers so that they too will someday celebrate their own 20th anniversary.
 
Finalists considered for public voting are: Ashlie's Embrace, Audrey's Outreach, Birthing Beautiful Communities, Canopy Child Advocacy Center, Cleveland Chesed Center, Community of Hope, East Cleveland Growth Association, EYEJ - Empowering Youth; Exploring Justice, Cleveland Family Meal, a Food Conscious project, Footpath Foundation, FRONT Exhibition Company, Honoring Our Heroes, Hope For a Cure for ALZ, Kid's Book Bank, LatinUs Theatre Company, LITE – Leadership, Influencing Teen Empowerment, Ohio City Pizzeria, Pets for Vets Cleveland Chapter, The Mat Project, and Solon Community Living.

Over 65 organizations that have been in existence for less than five years submitted applications for the 20 For 20 Program. Applicants were screened for eligibility and selected as finalists by Frantz Ward. Through a partnership with Business Volunteers Unlimited (BVU), every organization that submitted an application is eligible for a $100 credit in support services from BVU.
 
Voting will be conducted on Frantz Ward's Facebook page through a photo album featuring each of the 20 finalist organizations. Those who wish to vote for an organization may simply 'Like' on the individual photo which features their favorite organization. All 20 finalist organizations will receive $1,000 in cash or pro bono services. The organization with the most reactions on the firm’s Facebook page will receive an additional $20,000. Voting will close and the winner will be determined on August 17.
 
The 20 For 20 Program seeks to support in these nonprofits the same entrepreneurial spirit that inspired several local attorneys to found Frantz Ward 20 years ago. A diligent partner to community organizations for years, the program is an example of the continued commitment to the communities in which attorneys and staff live and work.
