Marc A. Sanchez to Share Mitigation Strategies for Tariff-Driven Construction Cost Increases and Disruptions

Marc A. Sanchez will share best practices for reducing cost and disruption impacts that could be caused by the Trump administration’s new tariffs in his upcoming webinar, “Managing Risks with Tariffs,” hosted by the Construction Employers Association of Cleveland (CEA). The webinar will take place on Thursday, May 22, from 12 – 1 PM.

Marc will identify helpful provisions in unmodified AIA and ConsensusDocs contracts and recommend revisions in future contracts to mitigate risk and protect the interests of contractors, subcontractors, and other project participants, both up and downstream.
