Marc A. Sanchez to Provide Insights for Contractors Impacted by Tariffs

Partner Marc A. Sanchez will present a CLE session for the Surety Association of Ohio, sharing key insights and best practices for contractors affected by newly enacted wide-range tariffs. His presentation, “Tariff Best Practices for Contractors,” will take place on Wednesday, August 27.

Marc will address the uncertainty caused by the sweeping tariffs implemented by the current administration. He will discuss the impacts that these tariffs have on contractors’ new and existing contracts and provide tools to mitigate risk and maintain project viability in a shifting economic landscape.

Marc is a Partner at Frantz Ward and focuses his practice exclusively on construction law. He represents contractors, specialty contractors, subcontractors, owners, developers, design professionals, and sureties in litigation, arbitration, mediation, and contract negotiation.
