Marc A. Sanchez to Moderate Tariffs and Joint Ventures Panel at ALFA International 2025 Construction Law Seminar

Frantz Ward Partner Marc A. Sanchez will moderate a panel at ALFA International’s upcoming 2025 Construction Law Practice Group Seminar. The seminar is being held on July 23 – 25 at Rancho Bernardo Inn in San Diego, California, and will focus on navigating the shifting landscape of the industry, discovering the latest trends in litigation, and exploring proactive preparation strategies to avoid disputes in transactions and regulatory law.  

Marc will moderate the panel titled “Riding the Waves of Changing Economic Realities: Tariffs and Joint Ventures” on Thursday, July 24 from 12:05 – 1:00 pm. The session will provide insights into managing the impact of tariffs and how joint ventures can be used as a tool for large-scale projects.
