Marc A. Sanchez Shares Insights on “Scope, Time, & Price” at Contractors Assistance Association’s Fall Educational Seminar

Partner Marc A. Sanchez recently presented “Scope, Time, & Price,” at the Contractor’s Assistance Association’s (“CAA”) Fall Educational Seminar and Hispanic Heritage Month Social at the Oswald Building in Cleveland on Monday, October 13, 2025.

In his presentation, Marc drew from common construction law and project management challenges to emphasize the importance of clarity, documentation, and strategic decision making. Using real-life challenges as examples, he provided practical guidance for contractors on managing scope, timelines, pricing, claims, as well as:

  • Tips while working with Minority and Small Business Enterprises
  • How to manage multiple contracts efficiently and effectively and build capacity
  • Red flags to keep in mind
  • How to build relationships and reputation with clients
  • Determining who their key partners are (including attorneys, accountants, etc.) and how to best manage those relationships
  • Tips to manage their brand and business 

Marc devotes his practice to construction law, representing contractors, specialty contractors, subcontractors, owners, developers, design professionals, and sureties. His extensive experience spans construction-related litigation, mediation, arbitration, claims management, claims avoidance, insurance coverage, and contract negotiation. Marc has a proven track record of successfully resolving complex cases involving defective construction, breach of contract, and design issues.
