Jean E. Smith-Gonnell to Examine Challenges in Receiver Sales at CRA 2026 Annual Conference

Partner Jean E. Smith-Gonnell will discuss common legal pitfalls in receivership sales at the upcoming Commercial Receivers Association (CRA) 2026 Annual Conference on Monday, August 17. In the panel, “Issues in Receiver Sales,” Jean will join lending and receivership professionals to examine challenges that parties are facing in both federal and state court.

The conference will be held at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, Colorado, taking place from August 15 – 18. At the event, attorneys, bankers, accountants, and other commercial receivership professionals will come together to discuss developing trends, legal changes, and advancements in the industry.
