Jean E. Smith-Gonnell Selected to Law360’s 2026 Cannabis Editorial Board
Jean E. Smith-Gonnell was recently named to Law360’s 2026 Cannabis Editorial Board, in which she will help shape the publication’s coverage of the cannabis industry. She is one of nine Board Members.
Jean is a seasoned legal practitioner in the cannabis industry, with over 15 years of experience practicing across multiple states, including previously founding her own cannabis-focused law firm in Denver. With foundational knowledge of practicing in the industry-pioneering state of Colorado and at one point representing approximately 15% of all licensed marijuana businesses in the state, she is well-positioned to provide guidance on cannabis law as states across the nation begin to adopt much of Colorado’s regulatory model.
