Ian H. Frank to Join M&A Panel at CWRU Weatherhead School of Management Conference

Frantz Ward Partner Ian H. Frank will provide legal insights on mergers and acquisitions in an upcoming panel for Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management’s Infrastructure M&A Conference. The conference, titled “Unlocking Opportunity: The Future of Infrastructure in M&A,” will be held at Tinkham Veale University Center on Thursday, February 26 from 7:30 am – 2:00 pm.

Ian will participate in the accounting and legal panel titled, “Navigating Compliance, Risk, & Structuring Deals,” from 12:30 – 1:30 pm. He will be joined by other industry professionals to discuss deal structuring, due diligence, and regulatory challenges.

The one-day conference will:

• address the impact of data centers and AI on infrastructure,
• review investment trends and capital flows in mergers and acquisitions, and
• highlight best practices for successful transactions.
