Gregory R. Farkas Advances to Vice Chair of The Center’s Federal Rules Task Force at the Defense Research Institution

Partner Gregory R. Farkas was recently elevated to the role of Vice Chair of the Federal Rules Task Force, a subcommittee of the Legislation and Rules Committee at the Defense Research Institute’s (DRI) Center for Law and Public Policy (The Center) of which he is a member.

In this role, Greg will evaluate and propose changes to the Federal Appellate, Civil, and Evidence Rules, draft comments on amendments, and recommend action through the Litigation and Rules Committee.

Greg handles a wide range of litigation matters, such as lender liability, insurance coverage, consumer fraud and commercial disputes, and has extensive experience defending clients in class actions across state and federal courts.
