Frantz Ward Welcomes Thomas J. Lipker to Firm as Associate

Frantz Ward is proud to announce Thomas J. Lipker has been sworn in as an attorney under the Ohio Bar and has officially transitioned to an Associate within the firm.

Thomas will support clients in a variety of practice industries, including labor & employment and health care, by reviewing and drafting contracts, drafting pleadings, responding to discovery requests, and submitting briefs and memos.

He previously served the firm as a Law Clerk and Summer Associate throughout his J.D. candidacy, conducting legal research, case law analysis, and contributing to litigation strategy. Throughout his candidacy, Thomas also held roles as a Federal Judicial Extern to the Honorable Solomon Oliver, Jr., a Legal Intern at the Milton A. Kramer Law Clinic, and a Legal Extern at an integrated network of hospitals. In these roles, Thomas represented clients in Social Security Administrative hearings, reviewed grants, advised on state laws and statutes for compliance purposes, advanced health care directives, and established wills.

He earned his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2025 after receiving his B.A. in Music and Economics, magna cum laude, in 2022, also from Case Western Reserve University.
