Frantz Ward Welcomes Samantha M. Cira to Corporate/Business Law and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Groups

Frantz Ward is pleased to announce Samantha M. Cira has joined the firm’s Corporate/Business Law and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Groups as an Associate.

Samantha assists growing and established businesses with their day-to-day needs, including investment management, contract negotiation, business structuring, and corporate compliance matters. Additionally, she is experienced in guiding clients through business purchases and sales, including managing legal due diligence and negotiating transaction documents, such as asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, and equity rollover documents. She has represented manufacturers, family offices, private equity firms, and other clients in sales and acquisitions involving hundreds of millions of dollars.

Samantha is an active member of Ladder Down Cleveland, serving on the organization’s Executive Committee after completing the program in 2023.

Prior to joining the firm, Samantha counseled private equity firms and lower middle market companies on a broad range of business transactions and legal matters as an Associate at a business law firm in Cleveland.

She earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from Cleveland State University College of Law in 2018, where she served as the Development Editor for the Cleveland State Law Review. Samantha received her B.A., summa cum laude, from The Ohio State University in 2015.
