Frantz Ward Welcomes Patrick J. Lipaj to Litigation Practice Group
Frantz Ward is pleased to announce Patrick J. Lipaj has joined the firm’s Litigation Practice Group as an Associate.
Pat represents businesses of all sizes in commercial disputes, bringing a practical, results-oriented approach shaped by his own background as a former small business owner. He has significant courtroom experience serving as lead counsel, including in jury and bench trials, as well as oral arguments before the Court of Appeals.
Prior to joining the firm, Pat handled felony cases in the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas and appellate matters in the Eighth District Court of Appeals as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney at the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office. He also practiced as a Litigation Associate at an AmLaw 200 firm.
Committed to his community, Pat serves on the adjunct faculty at Cleveland State University College of Law. He also helps wrongfully evicted tenants through his pro bono work.
Pat earned his J.D. from Cleveland State University College of Law in 2020, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Cleveland State Law Review. He received his B.A. and B.S. from The Ohio State University in 2016.
