Frantz Ward Welcomes Jennifer Fewell Phillips as Partner
Frantz Ward announces the addition of Jennifer Fewell Phillips to the firm’s labor and employment practice group as Partner.
Jen represents a wide range of clients in the insurance, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, transportation, food and beverage, finance, and public sector industries in both state and federal courts and before administrative agencies in cases involving claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and alleged violations of employment laws, including the ADA, ADEA, FLSA, FMLA, and OSHA.
Her in-house and private practice experience extends to union-related matters, counseling business leaders and HR professionals on compliance strategies and employment policies, and leading training programs for management on workplace conduct and wage and hour practices.
She earned her J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2003 after receiving her B.S. at Ohio University in 2000 and completing the American Bar Association Law Program at Mary’s College, Oxford University, in 2001. Jen is also certified as a specialist in Labor and Employment law by the Ohio State Bar Association and earned her M.N.A.L. from Cleveland State University in 2019.
