Frantz Ward Named a Crain’s 2025 Best Places to Work in Ohio

Frantz Ward is proud to announce the firm once again earned a spot on the Best Places to Work in Ohio list by Crain’s Cleveland Business. This year, the firm has been ranked as fifth for small and mid-sized companies and seventh among all employer sizes in the state of Ohio.

The annual statewide list is created in partnership with Best Companies Group and highlights the best places of employment in Ohio and their contributions to the state’s businesses, workforce, and economy.

To be considered for inclusion on the Best Workplaces in Ohio list, companies participate in a two-part survey process. The first part, worth 25% of the evaluation, evaluates each company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part, worth 75%, consists of a confidential employee engagement and satisfaction survey to measure each employee’s experience and culture.
