Frantz Ward Earns Top Workplaces Honor for Eighth Straight Year

The Top Workplaces list is compiled based solely on employee feedback for companies in Northeast Ohio and gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. This anonymous survey uniquely measures culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, such as shared belief in the firm’s direction, values, and meaning; communication, collaboration, and low operational friction; and training, learning, and reaching potential.
