Elena C. Barone Selected to Join Ladder Down Cleveland Class of 2026

Associate Elena C. Barone has been selected to participate in the 2026 class of Ladder Down Cleveland, a year-long course, running from January through November, that provides leadership and business development training and mentoring to women lawyers. The program includes group leadership training sessions and a four-month business development bootcamp designed to develop and sustain client relationships, increase visibility, and improve self-advocacy.

Elena joins a growing group of Frantz Ward attorneys who have participated in the program, reflecting the firm’s continued commitment to the professional development and support of its women attorneys. “I feel lucky to have been selected for this year’s Ladder Down Cleveland cohort,” Elena said. “I’m looking forward to the opportunity to strengthen my leadership and business development skills and learning from the perspectives of other female attorneys at similar points in their careers.” Frantz Ward has proudly sponsored the program since the launch of its Cleveland cohort in 2019.

As part of Frantz Ward’s Business Practice Group, Elena provides support on a range of transactional and regulatory matters, focusing on healthcare compliance. She regularly assists clients in managing and evaluating corporate risk and navigating complex regulatory schemes.
