Partners Cynthia A. Lammert and Mark L. Rodio will provide critical real estate legal updates in a presentation for the Akron Cleveland Association of REALTORS® on Friday, November 21, from 8:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. at St. Michaels Woodside Event Center.

The session will cover litigation trends, agency issues, and license law developments. The pair will also discuss how to effectively leverage technology and AI tools to communicate with clients and generate content, while avoiding legal issues.

With nearly 30 years of experience, Mark advises clients on commercial, construction, and real estate matters, including litigation and development. He also represents real estate brokers and salespersons in contract review, regulatory compliance, and litigation.

Cindy’s practice focuses on real estate professional liability representation and defense. She advises residential brokerages, real estate trade associations, inspectors, appraisers, multiple listing services, and title and escrow companies throughout Ohio. She also practices extensively before the Ohio Division of Real Estate.
