Christopher G. Keim to Discuss the Impacts of Law Firm Policies on Women in 2025 OWBA/OWBF Annual Meeting Panel
Managing Partner Christopher G. Keim will serve as a panelist at the Ohio Women’s Bar Association (OWBA) and Ohio Women’s Bar Foundation’s (OWBF) joint 2025 Annual Meeting and Conference, taking place from May 8 – 9 in Columbus. The two-day event will focus on advancing gender equity in the legal profession and will feature CLE workshops and presentations from advocates and thought leaders making significant contributions to the legal field.
Chris will be a panelist for the session titled “From Gaps to Gains in Private Practice: Examining the Impacts of Law Firm Policies on Women” on Friday, May 9 at 10:35 am. In this session, he will discuss the impact of partnership structures, compensation, origination credit practices, and other law firm policies on women in the legal field.

As Managing Partner, Chris helps establish the firm’s strategic direction and its day-to-day operations. In addition to this role and his Management Committee responsibilities, Chris is a litigator whose legal practice focuses on civil litigation matters, including general business disputes, product liability claims, transportation law, employment litigation, and corporate investigations.
The OWBA was formed in 1991 to build a community of lawyers who are interested in issues that uniquely affect women. The OWBA focuses on fostering communication and community among women attorneys and promoting opportunities for women attorneys to advance their legal careers.
