Associate Bradley N. Ouambo presented a CLE session for the Lorain County Bar Association’s (LCBA) Annual Real Estate Law Seminar on Thursday, October 23, sharing best practices for attorneys dealing with liens in real estate and construction law practice.   

During his presentation, Brad discussed the ins and outs of lien disputes, including: 

  • How to properly attach and defend mechanic’s liens
  • The litigation process for enforcing liens
  • Common challenges in defending against improper filings

Throughout the session, Brad shared strategies for protecting client interests in lien-related disputes, providing attendees with actionable insights to strengthen their practice.
