Andrew J. Cleves to Provide Insights on 2025 Ohio Administrative and Legislative Updates at OSSA Annual Conference

Partner Andrew J. Cleves will share insights on the latest administrative and legislative developments affecting Ohio’s staffing and recruiting industry at the Ohio Staffing and Search Association’s (OSSA) annual Ohio Staffing and Recruiting Conference. His presentation, “Seas of Change: An Overview of the Administrative and Legislative Landscape in 2025,” will take place on Tuesday, June 3, from 2:45 – 3:15 PM in Columbus.

In this presentation, Andrew will discuss recent administrative and legislative updates affecting individuals and companies, such as:

• federal agency updates from the National Labor Relations Board and Department of Labor;
• state updates on restrictive covenants, pay records, and the marijuana industry;
• as well as local updates on pay transparency laws.
