Andrew J. Cleves Joins the Board of Child and Family Advocates of Cuyahoga County
Frantz Ward Partner Andrew J. Cleves was recently elected to join the board of directors of Child and Family Advocates of Cuyahoga County (CFACC).
The organization is built to train, supervise, and provide Court-Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) for the local community. These qualified volunteers act as a voice for children who are involved with the juvenile court and are at risk of abuse, neglect, and dependency issues.
As a member of the Board, Andrew will serve a three-year term helping to bear the responsibility of ensuring that the organization fulfills its obligations to its clients, volunteers, donors, and the law, as well as serving as an ambassador for CFAAC and its mission.

Andrew devotes his practice to advising and representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. He counsels businesses on key human resources issues, including accommodations, leave administration, employee discipline, terminations, compliance, and collective bargaining. He also assists in preparing and implementing employee handbooks, policies, and agreements, providing proactive and practical advice.
