Overview

Jordan is a member of the firm’s Construction Practice Group. He has experience in litigating transportation matters from pleadings to settlement and has secured favorable rulings on summary judgment in several complex cases. Jordan also has experience in investigating trucking accidents pre-suit and securing federal agency compliance.

Outside of Frantz Ward, Jordan is a coach for Case Western Reserve University’s undergraduate mock trial program. As a coach, Jordan helps students prepare a case for trial, learn the rules of evidence, prepare arguments, and learn other general trial advocacy skills. Jordan earned his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and his B.A. from Eastern Michigan University.
