Overview
Matt manages the administrative operations of the firm, including supervising most of the firm’s non-attorney personnel; evaluating and managing the firm’s operating systems, and evaluating and supervising the facilities of the firm.
He carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/ employment, and employment law compliance. Matt has a BS in Psychology from John Carroll University and an MBA from Gannon University.
