Overview

Matt serves as Chief Operations Officer of the firm, directing and coordinating the firm’s activities in alignment with objectives established by the Management Committee. He leads the planning and implementation of strategic initiatives across all operational areas and is responsible for the firm’s HR and administrative operations, including supervision of non-attorney personnel, management of the firm’s operating systems, and oversight of firm facilities.

He carries out HR responsibilities for the firm in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, and employment law compliance. Matt has a B.S. in Psychology from John Carroll University and an M.B.A. from Gannon University.
