• Chair of the Cleveland Bar Association Fee Dispute Committee and served on panels for more than a dozen fee dispute arbitrations.
• Represented large regional health insurer in working with state agencies and in defending coverage decisions and reimbursement claims brought by providers.
• Obtained numerous summary judgments, jury verdicts, and favorable appellate decisions in representation of large regional health insurer.
• Worked with various state agencies in developing uniform licensing regulations applicable to armored carriers.
