We counsel clients with respect to licensure, certification and risk management issues, including representation of nursing homes in the survey and certification process. We also routinely represent providers who specialize in services to individuals with intellectual disabilities, including group home and home and community based waiver services providers.
We represent clients in mergers and acquisitions, and in matters involving the purchase, sale, relocation or replacement of licensed nursing home beds in transactions that implicate certificate of need laws.
