Frantz Ward Partner Andrew J. Cleves joins Ohio Staffing and Search Association Board as the Northeast Ohio Area Director

Cleveland, Ohio – Frantz Ward is pleased to share that Partner Andrew J. Cleves has joined the Ohio Staffing and Search Association's Board as the Northeast Ohio Area Director.

As the Northeast Area Director, Andrew is responsible for coordinating activities and improving engagement amongst OSSA members based in Northeast Ohio.

“Having been involved with the OSSA as a committed industry partner for several years, I was thrilled to receive the opportunity to join the Board," said Andrew. "I look forward to contributing to and improving the great resource that the OSSA has become to the staffing industry in Ohio and surrounding regions.”

Andrew devotes his practice to counseling and representing employers in all aspects of employment law and labor relations. He counsels employers of all sizes on key issues, including: compliance with discrimination and wage and hour laws; drafting, revising, and implementing employment policies; drafting employment, independent contractor, non-competition, and severance agreements;  managing leaves of absence; issuing employee discipline; and various aspects of the collective bargaining process. Andrew prides himself on his ability to serve as a trusted advisor and provide proactive and practical advice.
