Frantz Ward is proud to announce the addition of
Jordan D. Weeks to the firm's Construction Practice Group.
Jordan has experience in litigating transportation matters from pleadings to settlement and has secured favorable rulings on summary judgment in several complex cases. Additionally, he has a background in investigating trucking accidents pre-suit and ensuring compliance with federal agencies.
Outside of Frantz Ward, Jordan is a coach for Case Western Reserve University’s undergraduate mock trial program. As a coach, Jordan helps students prepare a case for trial, learn the rules of evidence, prepare arguments, and learn other general trial advocacy skills. Jordan earned his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and his B.A. from Eastern Michigan University.
