Frantz Ward Attorneys Bradley Ouambo and Travis Teare Named to On-Board Cleveland Class of 2021

Frantz Ward is pleased to announce that attorneys Bradley N. Ouambo and Travis N. Teare have been named to the On-Board Cleveland Class of 2021. The program began in October 2020 and will end with Commencement on March 10, 2021.  
 
On-Board Cleveland is a program of the Cleveland Leadership Center. It is a leadership and civic development experience tailored for early-career professionals. The curriculum is designed to enhance communication skills, strengthen workplace presence, create an awareness of the civic realm, and better connect employees to their organizations and civic engagement opportunities.
 
Brad is a member of the firm's Construction Practice Group and focuses his practice on construction law and related litigation. He has experience in contract review and litigating construction, transportation and real estate cases. Brad has significant experience in all stages of litigation from handing complaints to deposition, settlement and trial. Outside of Frantz Ward, Brad is the head coach of Case Western Reserve University's undergraduate mock trial program. As a coach, Brad helps students develop critical thinking skills, trial advocacy skills, and teamwork. Brad earned his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and his B.A. from Miami University.

Travis focuses his practice on the representation of management in all aspects of labor and employment law. He has represented management in front of various state and federal administrative agencies, as well as state and federal court. Travis advises and counsels management on topics including leave management, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Travis further provides training to clients on a variety of issues including the interaction between the ADA and FMLA, sexual harassment, and workplace conduct. He has experience in litigation and public sector bargaining. Travis is named to the Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Stars list. He earned his J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and his B.A., cum laude, from Adrian College.
