Ian and Marc both have active surety practices, which complement and are synergistic with their respective construction practices. Ian is Chair of Frantz Ward’s Construction Practice Group and is a well-known and trusted advisor to the construction industry, dedicating his practice to all aspects of construction and surety law. Marc devotes his entire practice to construction law and has extensive experience with construction-related litigation, mediation, arbitration, claims management, claims avoidance, insurance coverage and contract negotiation.
