Attorneys - Do You Have Questions Related to Ohio H.B. 523?

The Ohio Board of Professional Conduct is asking attorneys who have questions regarding the passage of Ohio H.B. 523 to submit questions by July 11. This comes in the wake of two attorneys filing requests for advisory guidance from the Board on possible ethical issues such as attorneys providing services to medical marijuana-related businesses and attorneys themselves using medical marijuana.
