Allison Taller Reich Announced as New Chair of DEI Committee

Frantz Ward is pleased to share that Allison Taller Reich has accepted the role of Chair of the firm’s Diversity Equity & Inclusion Committee. Allison is deeply committed to her local community, and her years of experience serving on nonprofit boards make her well-equipped to step into this new position of firm leadership.

Created over 20 years ago, shortly after Frantz Ward’s founding in 2000, the DEI Committee focuses on raising awareness of the importance of diversity and inclusion throughout the firm and our community. The goals of the Committee reflect the firm’s commitment to achieving a truly inclusive and diverse working environment, encouraging a firm culture where all can thrive and build successful and rewarding legal careers.

The Committee leads efforts to promote diversity and inclusion through annual third-party diversity training to all attorneys and managers of the firm; an internal mentorship program for all associates; third-party guest speakers and roundtables open to all employees to discuss critical diversity and inclusion issues; and participation in programs such as the Midsize Mansfield Certification and the Cleveland-Metropolitan Bar Association’s diversity initiatives.

Allison focuses her practice on all aspects of construction law and frequently represents owners, developers, construction managers, design-build contractors, and other design and construction industry professionals. She is active in her local community, previously mentoring high school and college students as part of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s 3Rs Program and College Now of Greater Cleveland, serving on the Bridge Board of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio for over 10 years, and currently serving on the Board of Directors for United Way of Greater Cleveland.
