Brian Kelly Discusses Professional Conduct Best Practices for Labor Disputes at NLRB Important Developments 2023

Brian J. Kelly, Frantz Ward Partner and Chair of the Labor and Employment Practice Group, explored best practices for appropriate professional conduct at the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) Important Developments 2023 on December 5.
 
Alongside Daniel Goode of the NLRB and Julie Ford from Doll, Jansen & Ford, Brian discussed civility, integrity and openness in labor negotiations and litigation in the context of the NLRB Rules on Professional Conduct.
 
The event, co-sponsored by the Ohio Bar Labor and Employment Law Section and NLRB Regions 8 and 9, outlined critical 2023 developments for labor, employment, corporate and business lawyers, including work rule and severance agreement content, concerted activity protection, expanded legal remedies, joint employment questions, union organizing issues and representation case and election procedures.
 
Brian focuses his practice on the representation of management in all phases of labor relations and employment litigation. He regularly represents employers in litigation before federal and state courts, administrative agencies and arbitrators involving employment discrimination and harassment, wrongful discharge, theft of trade secrets, breaches of non-compete agreements and other employment contract topics.
